Job Description:
Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Success Representative to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level role requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering long-term relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide customers with accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, booking options, and policies - Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and refunds as needed - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate customer requests and provide seamless service - Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to best serve our customers
Requirements: - Excellent people management skills with a customer-centric approach - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must be fluent in English and Tagalog

Soft Skills: - People management skills to effectively handle customer interactions - Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and accurately
