Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Altitude Games is looking for a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This part-time Associate Level position is ideal for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer success. As a Remote Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and loyalty - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries or escalations - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Monitor customer accounts and ensure they are set up for success - Assist with onboarding new customers and help them navigate our products and services

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude - Strong planning and organization skills - Ability to demonstrate leadership and take initiative - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working in a customer-facing role - Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
