Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Insider is currently seeking a driven and passionate Customer Success Representative who is looking to work from home in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position with 4 years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience and achieve success with our products.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels - Develop and implement strategic plans to help customers achieve their desired outcomes - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Gather feedback from customers to improve our products and services - Track customer success metrics and report on progress to management - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to existing customers - Ensure customer retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving

Requirements: - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Demonstrated creativity and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience in customer service or customer success roles - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
