Customer Success Representative - Work from home

AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Success Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Davao City, Davao, PH at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with other tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in a remote customer service role is a plus
