As a Customer Success Representative at Plentina, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from your home in Davao City, Davao, PH.
**Responsibilities:** - Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat to understand and address their needs and concerns - Proactively reach out to customers to provide support and assistance in using our products and services - Resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to improve the overall customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing customers
**Requirements:** - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Highly adaptable and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
