Job Description - Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Saphron is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and ultimately driving retention and growth. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Manila, NCR, PH.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and provide solutions to help them achieve success. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers. - Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Provide training and support to customers to maximize their utilization of our products and services. - Act as a brand ambassador for Saphron, representing our values and commitment to customer satisfaction.


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field. - Adaptable and reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and drive successful outcomes. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer success tools. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
