Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Cebu Pacific Air is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through providing excellent customer service and support. This is a work from home position based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product and service information to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalations - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our services - Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system - Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and increase customer loyalty

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Motivated and driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong people management skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively - High emotional intelligence with the ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools - Available to work part-time hours with flexibility to work evenings and weekends
