Customer Success Representative - Work from home

1Export is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Success Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer success.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide solutions to customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase retention and satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer success strategies - Identify and escalate any trends or issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer needs - Assist in onboarding and training new customers on our platform - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating confidence in our product and services - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident individual who can effectively handle customer inquiries - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Excellent persuasion skills to communicate effectively with customers - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home - High school diploma or equivalent required
