Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Workbean is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues they may have - Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Gather feedback from customers to help improve our products and services - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better assist customers

Requirements: - Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and customer needs - Motivated: Demonstrated drive to exceed customer expectations and achieve goals - Innovation: Creative problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively - Attention to detail: Ability to accurately record information and follow up on customer inquiries - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
