Job Description:
As a Customer Success Specialist at Globe Telecom located in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. This role requires a confident and resourceful individual with excellent strategic planning and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement based on their needs and preferences - Provide training and support to customers on how to best utilize our products and services - Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer success or related role - Confident and resourceful personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and critical thinking - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
