Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Grab Philippines is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Davao City, PH. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support and service.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and issues through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met - Provide guidance and support to customers on how to best utilize our products and services - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and escalations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage relationships with customers - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - People management skills to handle customer interactions effectively - Dedicated and driven personality to provide excellent customer support
