Job Description - Remote Customer Success Specialist

NextPay is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Onboard new customers, providing product demos and training to ensure they are set up for success - Proactively communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Development, to advocate for customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Monitor customer accounts, track usage data, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collect customer feedback and insights to help drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer success metrics, including customer retention and satisfaction rates


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Strong time management and communication skills - Experience working remotely and independently - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
