Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Expedock is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This position is work-from-home, providing flexibility and convenience for the employee.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and support issues - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns - Proactively reach out to customers to identify their needs and offer solutions and support - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure a smooth customer experience - Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training and guidance on how to use our products effectively - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve our products and services - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our CRM system

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Reliable and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Strong communication and cooperation skills - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus
