Job Description:
Saphron, a reputable insurance technology company, is currently seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to work from home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and provide additional support or resources as needed - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience and drive product development - Develop and deliver presentations to educate customers on new features, updates, or best practices
Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong analytical and presentation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
