Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Makati, NCR on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Customer Support Manager


Requirements: - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong leadership and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
