Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description: Humble Sustainability is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate level role, the Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams - Contribute to the development of customer support processes and procedures - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer satisfaction


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong teamwork and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Experience with CRM software is a plus
