Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Ayala Land, a leading real estate developer in the Philippines, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Davao City. This position is at the Associate Level and requires 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various communication channels such as phone, email, and social media - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Assist in developing customer support policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience - Conduct follow-up calls or emails to customers to ensure their needs have been met - Assist in creating reports and analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Support the Customer Support Manager in any other tasks as needed


Requirements: - Dedicated and resourceful individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Creativity and strategic planning skills to develop innovative solutions for customer issues - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
