Customer Support Assistant

Job Description: Cropital is seeking a confident and passionate Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Makati. As a part-time Associate level position, the Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, helping them with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our platform and services. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support and possess excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address and resolve any issues or inquiries they may have - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in the development of customer support processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Confident and passionate attitude towards providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
