Investagrams is seeking a motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Manila, NCR, PH. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to all new team members.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our platform - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to management on recurring issues or trends
