Job Description - Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Olivia, a leading company in the retail industry, is currently seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and issue resolutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for quality customer service - Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy - Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company values in all interactions


Requirements: - Resilient and motivated with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and the ability to cooperate with team members - Adaptability to changing situations and willingness to learn new processes - Experience in customer support or a related field preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
