Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

Machine Ventures is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will be driven, resourceful, possess emotional intelligence, and excel in problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via various channels including phone, email, and social media - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback - Assist with product demonstrations and training for customers - Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve processes and products - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or related field - Driven and resourceful with a strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
