Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. We are looking for individuals who are driven, hardworking, and possess strong teamwork and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must be available to work part-time hours, with the possibility of overtime when needed
