Job Description - Customer Support Assistant


Job Description:


Coins.ph is looking for a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer support role, possess high energy, and be resilient in handling challenging situations.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues regarding our products and services - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers - Assist in developing and maintaining customer support guidelines and procedures - Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong negotiation and research skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
