Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Smart Communications is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Assist in the development and implementation of customer support processes and procedures


Requirements: - Resilient and independent personality traits - Strong analysis and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
