Job Description: Homebase is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and understanding - Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assisting in the development of customer support processes and procedures - Providing feedback to management to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
