Job Description - Remote Customer Support Assistant

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Davao City, PH. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.


As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through various online channels including email, chat, and phone. Your main priority will be to ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. You must be adaptable to new technologies and driven to deliver exceptional service at all times.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer support processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Use problem-solving skills to address challenging customer situations


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong time management abilities - Proven people management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
