Job Description:
United Laboratories is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Assistant. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and concerns - Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report generation - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Work closely with the Customer Support team to meet and exceed performance targets
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Resilient and reliable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills and project management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
