Job Description:


Zalora Philippines is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Davao City, Davao, PH. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge in order to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in maintaining a positive and professional company image


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong people management skills - Ability to adapt to different situations and handle stressful scenarios with grace - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
