Job Description:
Zalora Philippines is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support and possess a high level of energy and dedication to providing excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, order status updates, and assist with returns and exchanges - Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and patience - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Work closely with the Customer Support Manager to implement process improvements and enhance the customer support experience
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-based environment - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
