Job Description: Machine Ventures is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Support Associate to join our team in Pasig. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will interact with customers to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services. In addition, you will assist in maintaining customer databases and tracking customer interactions.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via telephone, email, and chat to provide support and resolve issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and escalate issues as needed - Process customer orders and assist with order fulfillment - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes

Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented and organized - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
