Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the home health care services offered by AIDE Home Health Care. 2. Assist customers in booking appointments and coordinating schedules with healthcare providers. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers. 6. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and systems. 8. Support other departments as needed to achieve overall company goals.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 7. Adaptability to changing customer needs and company policies. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Strong planning and organizational skills.
