Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Associate at Penshoppe, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner 3. Processing orders accurately and efficiently 4. Communicating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met 5. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Up-selling and cross-selling products to increase sales 7. Working closely with the marketing team to implement customer service strategies


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Motivated and energetic with a positive attitude 3. Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
