Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


SM Investments Corporation is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, reliable, and possess strong communication and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues and complaints - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and problem resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations with poise - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
