Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

As a Customer Support Associate at Resellee, located in Makati, NCR, PH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers. Your main duty will be to assist customers with any inquiries, complaints, or technical issues they may have regarding our products or services. You will need to have a thorough understanding of our products in order to provide accurate and timely assistance to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory manner - Providing technical support to customers experiencing difficulties with our products - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting with sales and marketing efforts to drive customer engagement and retention

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Motivated and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong presentation skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment and independently - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
