Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team at LBC Express Holdings, Inc. in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate should be energetic, driven, innovative, and possess excellent time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Maintain a positive attitude and promote a customer-centric culture within the organization


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
