Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Coins.ph is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Support Associate in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support through various channels such as chat, email, and phone - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to effectively manage people and prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
