Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Penshoppe is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a part-time associate at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess a confident and driven personality.


Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels including email, phone, and chat. - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Provide product information, process orders, and handle returns or exchanges as needed. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department.


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role. - Confident and driven personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers. - Strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs efficiently.
