Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Investagrams is looking for a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This position is perfect for entry-level individuals looking to gain experience in customer support within the finance industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to users through email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers - Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer support process - Work on assigned projects related to customer support as needed

Requirements: - 0 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong soft skills including creativity and time management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
