Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Support Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Excellent decision-making abilities. 3. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.


Personality Traits: 1. Passionate about providing top-notch customer service. 2. Driven to exceed customer expectations.
