Job Description - Customer Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


SM Investments Corporation is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
