Job Description:
Grab Philippines is looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Manila, NCR, PH. This part-time, entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in our database. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their experience. 5. Assist with coordinating and providing customer training and support materials. 6. Work closely with the team to identify trends in customer issues and recommend solutions. 7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customer needs. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 7. Must have a quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection.
