Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a talented Customer Support Manager to join our team at Meralco in Makati, NCR, Philippines. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading our customer support team to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role is part-time and at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the customer support team to deliver outstanding service to our clients. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective support. 3. Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive performance. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 5. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 7. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services. 8. Implement customer support technology and tools to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 4. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box. 5. Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and strategies. 6. Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
