Job Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and mentor customer support team members to optimize performance and productivity. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions. 7. Develop and maintain customer support policies, procedures, and guidelines. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support. 9. Lead customer support team meetings and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions. 4. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 7. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. 8. Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team. 9. Flexibility to work part-time hours.
