Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Customer Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer support operations, ensuring the highest level of service satisfaction for our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer support strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations. 2. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 3. Analyze customer support data to identify trends, improve processes, and optimize efficiency. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 5. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner. 6. Continuously evaluate and improve customer support processes and procedures. 7. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Strong strategic planning and innovation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
