Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at Megaworld Corporation. As a part-time Mid-to-Senior Level position located in Caloocan, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer support team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the customer support team to provide timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide seamless support. 5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions. 6. Prepare and present regular reports on customer support performance to management. 7. Mentor and train customer support staff to enhance their skills and capabilities. 8. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Resourceful and independent, able to think creatively to solve problems. 6. Strong decision-making ability and a cooperative team player. 7. Proficient in MS Office and customer support software. 8. Experience in a management role preferred.
