Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager


Job Description:


Shopee Philippines is seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Remote Customer Support Manager will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support or related fields.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction. 6. Implement best practices for customer support processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and driven personality traits. 2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Previous experience in a leadership role in customer support. 6. Proficiency in customer support software and tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
