Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Philippine Airlines is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support management, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives to ensure the highest level of service for our valued customers.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support - Monitor customer support performance metrics and implement improvements as needed - Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and maintain customer support policies and procedures - Handle customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in customer support management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strategic planning and attention to detail soft skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
