Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


BeautyMNL is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Support Manager to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or related roles.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of customer support representatives - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery - Train and coach team members on best practices for customer support - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer support metrics and KPIs


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer support management role - Strong communication and leadership skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Personality Traits: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Confident in leading a team and handling challenging situations
