Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team at Hilton in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team and ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives 2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues 4. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement 5. Train and onboard new customer support team members 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support 8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong leadership and management abilities 4. Hardworking and motivated attitude 5. Innovative and creative problem-solving skills 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills
