Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Ayala Land is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent customer service - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Compile and analyze customer support data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Innovation and people management soft skills - Proven leadership experience - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
